CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 17, 2025 –Throughout his ministry, Rev. Billy Graham preached to more people in live audiences than anyone else in history – nearly 215 million in over 185 countries and territories. Today, the Billy Graham Library continues to share how God used a farm-boy from Charlotte to share God’s Word around the world. Guests are invited to discover Billy Graham’s Journey of Faith through the Billy Graham Library tours and upcoming events.
Feb. 17-21: Remembering the Life and Legacy of Billy Graham – The Billy Graham Library will host a week of remembrance, honoring the life of Rev. Billy Graham and celebrating 75 years of Gospel ministry of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association—which he founded in 1950.
Monday, Feb. 17
- 11 a.m.: Artist Presentation — Chas Fagan, the Charlotte-based artist who created the Billy Graham statue for Statuary Hall in the U.S. Capitol, will give a special presentation about the making of the sculpture. Admission is free, but registration is required.
- All guests will receive a copy of Billy Graham’s book “Where I Am”
Tuesday, Feb. 18
- All guests will receive a DVD copy of “Billy Graham: A Life Remembered”
Wednesday, Feb. 19
- Guests will receive 20% off all Billy Graham books in Ruth’s Attic bookstore, as well as a free gift with any purchase in Ruth’s Attic bookstore
Thursday, Feb. 20
- All guests will receive a copy of Billy Graham’s book “God’s Strength for Hard Times”
Friday, Feb. 21
- Complimentary cake will be served to guests in celebration of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association’s 75th anniversary (while supplies last)
- All guests will receive a commemorative edition of Decision magazine
Specials in the Graham Brothers Dairy Bar will be featured each day.
Feb. 18, March 10, March 18, 10-11 a.m.: Children’s Story Time — Bring your children to the Billy Graham Library’s bookstore where they can hear about the love of Jesus through Christ-centered stories along with songs, interactive elements, and more.
Admission is free, but reservations are recommended, as space is limited.
Feb. 19, March 19, 9:30-10:30 a.m.: Book Talks — Ruth’s Attic bookstore at the Billy Graham Library hosts Book Talks – a monthly group conversation about one of the many literary offerings in our retail store. Participants have the opportunity to deepen their relationship with Christ and discover how to share their faith with others as specific titles are explored. A free copy of the month’s chosen book will be provided when guests RSVP. Bookstore representatives facilitate each discussion, which are held in the prayer room near the bookstore.

See our latest special exhibit featuring Holocaust survivor and author, Corrie Ten Boom. View never-before-seen memorabilia and learn her amazing story as told in the World Wide Pictures film “The Hiding Place.”
Guests who visit the Library can experience The Journey of Faith – an interactive tour highlighting the message of hope that Billy Graham preached for more than 80 years – the Graham Brothers Dairy Bar, Ruth’s Attic bookstore, the Graham family homeplace, the memorial prayer garden, and more.
