Rally will take place Nov. 10 at South Georgia Church of God Tabernacle and feature music from Josh Havens and Matt Fuqua of The Afters
TIFTON, Ga., Nov. 5, 2020 – Evangelist Will Graham will speak at a special Reboot Rally next Tuesday evening, Nov. 10, in Tifton. Graham’s visit comes as the Tiftarea Celebration with Will Graham, scheduled for Feb. 5-7, 2021, rebuilds momentum. The event was originally scheduled for March of this year but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We’ve been through a lot over the last many months. With everything going on in the world, I’m looking forward to visiting Tifton, praying and worshipping alongside the folks there,” said Graham. “As we ramp up the process that will lead us to the Tiftarea Celebration in February, it’s important to gather, encourage each other, and cry out to God together for this region.”
Graham will be joined for the Reboot Rally by Josh Havens and Matt Fuqua of The Afters, an award-winning Christian band that will perform as part of the Celebration next year. A consistent and popular presence on the Christian music scene for more than a decade, The Afters have garnered multiple top five hits on the Billboard Praise & Worship charts. Their music has also been featured on several primetime network television shows.
The Reboot Rally will take place at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10, at South Georgia Church of God Tabernacle. It is open to the public and seating will be free and on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to limited seating capacity, organizers are asking that guests RSVP by emailing Tiftarea@billygraham.org or calling (229) 472-1287.
All applicable COVID-19 policies and procedures apply for the Reboot Rally. Seating will be set up for social distancing. Organizers ask those who are sick, experiencing symptoms, or are in a high-risk group, to please stay home. Graham’s message will be broadcast on the Celebration’s Facebook page for those who aren’t able to attend in person.
The Tiftarea Celebration with Will Graham is a multi-day evangelistic outreach coming to Tifton in February 2021. The weekend event will be family-friendly, free to attend, and open to everybody.The Celebration will feature music from Christian artists and encouraging messages from Will Graham.
