FOUNTAIN HILLS, Ariz., March 19, 2024 – The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) has announced plans for a one-day outreach called the Will Graham Look Up Celebration at The Fountain. The free event – which is anticipated to take place on March 22, 2025, at Fountain Park – will feature music by award-winning Christian bands and messages from Will Graham, the grandson of Billy Graham and the oldest son of Franklin Graham.
“More than anything, I want the people of Fountain Hills and Greater Phoenix to know that Jesus loves them and has a plan and purpose for their lives. Through Christ’s life, death and resurrection, He’s paved the way for each of us to have a personal relationship with Him. Jesus wants to take our brokenness and give us each a new life in Him,” said Graham. “I’m excited to share this hope-filled message at the Look Up Celebration at The Fountain.”
The announcement was made during the afternoon session of the Lift Up Church Encouragement Conference, a daylong event for pastors and church leaders that was hosted by the BGEA.
“Since the pandemic, people have been searching for meaning but really don’t know where to find it. We’ve seen an increase in loneliness and even suicide, but also anger and violence. And when they look to the world for answers, what they find is division everywhere,” said Pastor Clayton Wilfer of Joy Christian Community Church. “What people need to hear—what they are seeking—is some Good News, which is exactly what Jesus offers. He offers a new life with eternal meaning. So, do I think now is a good time to share the Gospel with the people of Fountain Hills? Yes. Definitely yes!”
The announcement in Fountain Hills came days after the ministry announced a similar outreach – the Northern Colorado Look Up Celebration with Will Graham – in Loveland, Colorado.
