ASHEVILLE, N.C., July 12, 2023 – On July 28-30, The Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove (The Cove) in Asheville, North Carolina, will welcome Hispanic Christians for a Spanish-language seminar led by Guatemalan preacher and director of the ministry Legendarios, Chepe Putzu.
“For decades, The Cove has welcomed people from around the world to be equipped with God’s Word for evangelism and discipleship,” said Eric Wilkes, executive director of The Cove. “The late Rev. Billy Graham was purposeful to share the Gospel in Spanish-speaking countries around the world, and we see this Spanish-language seminar as a way to honor that legacy.”
The three-day seminar, titled “Living With Purpose,” consists of five sessions where attendees will study Scripture and learn to share God’s Word with others they encounter. The training also includes time to build relationships with other participants, meals and time for exploration of hiking trails and the Chatlos Memorial Chapel and visitor center on The Cove property.
“Living With Purpose” will feature music by Job Gonzalez, a singer, producer and songwriter from McAllen, Texas, who currently serves as a Worship Pastor at Champion Forest Español in Houston.
