After months of planning and preparation, the Northern Colorado Look Up Celebration with Will Graham kicked off on Saturday night, Oct. 5, at Blue Arena at The Ranch Events Complex in Loveland. A crowd of 2,500 heard a concert from chart-topping folk rock band Rend Collective and award-winning worship leader Aaron Shust.
Following the music, Will Graham, grandson of the late world-renowned evangelist Billy Graham and son of Franklin Graham, shared a Gospel-focused message.
At the end of the evening, Graham invited those in attendance to make a commitment to following Jesus. More than 125 people responded to place their faith in Him.
Earlier in the day, approximately 550 children and parents attended KidzFest, a special event for families featuring live music by Go Fish, a video presentation called The Quest, and plenty of fun and games—bounce houses, painting, a petting zoo, food trucks and more.
The second and final night of the Northern Colorado Look Up Celebration will take place on Sunday, Oct. 6. Doors will open at 5 p.m., and the program will start at 6 p.m. Sunday night’s line-up includes Aaron Shust, Spanish-language worship leader Christine D’Clario, and multi-Platinum artist Michael W. Smith. One of the most enduring, recognizable, and influential artists in Christian music history, Smith is a three-time Grammy Award winner. He has also earned 45 GMA Dove Awards and is an American Music Award recipient.
