ROANOKE, Va., Oct. 12, 2026 – After traveling through the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions in September, the Declaration of Dependence Tour with Will Graham kicked off its third week with a stop in Roanoke, Virginia, on Monday. The event featured worship and prayer, along with an evangelistic message from Graham.
“If you want to summarize the Gospel in a few words, it is this: Jesus in my place. Jesus stood where you deserved to stand. Jesus took the punishment you deserved. The Bible says God made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us,” said Graham. “Your sin was placed upon Jesus. My sin was placed upon Jesus. He paid the debt we could never pay.”
He continued, “Come home. Give your life to Jesus Christ today. Surrender your life to Him.”
Following his message, Graham invited the audience to accept Jesus as their Savior, with people throughout Elmwood Park Amphitheater responding to the Good News of the Gospel.
