Wilmington, Del., Sept. 22, 2026 – After an impactful first week with stops across New England, the Declaration of Dependence Tour with Will Graham reached the Mid-Atlantic on Monday, Sept. 22. Approximately 260 people braved the cool and rainy weather to gather at Tubman-Garrett Riverfront Park in Wilmington, Delaware, for a time of worship and prayer, along with a Gospel message from Graham.
“Even though our world has changed, God has not changed. His laws have not changed. His character has not changed. And His plan has not changed,” said Graham, before sharing a message from John 3:16. “God is still a God of love and mercy.”
Following his sermon, Graham invited those in the audience to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior. Throughout the park, people responded in faith and repentance.
Prior to the message, a dedicated time of prayer took place for our country, our military and first responders, our churches and our families. Josh Havens, lead singer of the Christian band The Afters, also led a time of acoustic worship.

The event in Wilmington, Delaware, was the fifth stop of the Declaration of Dependence Tour with Will Graham, which is visiting all 13 original colonies with a message of hope in Jesus Christ. Last week the Tour stopped in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Connecticut. The Tour will continue this week in Pennsylvania (Sept. 23), New Jersey (Sept. 24) and New York (Sept. 25).
