Franklin Graham announces rescheduled God Loves You Tour – UK

Tour will visit Liverpool, South Wales, Sheffield and London in 2022

Much has changed since the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) announced in mid-2020 that the Graham Tour UK with Revd Franklin Graham would be postponed in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic and other challenges in the United Kingdom. Even through these unprecedented circumstances, BGEA has remained committed to the goal of proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ. We are profoundly grateful for the thousands of churches of various denominations across the UK that have stood alongside us and continued praying for the tour.

The essence of the message that we share is found in John 3:16: ‘For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.’

Franklin Graham, president and CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, said, ‘We want all people to know that God loves them and everlasting life is available to anyone. This remains the purpose for every BGEA event, and it is why we have named the rescheduled tour the God Loves You Tour – UK.

Throughout our 71 years of evangelistic ministry, BGEA has worked with hundreds of venues in cities all over the world, and with thousands of pastors, business and civic leaders who share a deep sense of responsibility for their communities. We understand that balancing various community interests, particularly in today’s diverse society, can present complex challenges, and we are grateful to God for the renewed opportunity to proclaim the hope of Jesus Christ in the public square.

It is against that backdrop, and in the wake of the recent, BGEA-sponsored Evangelism Summits in various cities across the UK, that we are delighted to announce the rescheduled tour.

  • Liverpool: 14 May – Exhibition Centre
  • South Wales: 21 May – ICC Wales (Newport)
  • Sheffield: 25 May – Sheffield Arena
  • London: 16 July – ExCeL London

The tour will be free of charge and everyone is welcome. Additional details for the events scheduled in 2022 will be made available soon.

About The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association
The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association was founded by Billy Graham in 1950, and since then, the ministry has shared the Gospel in 185 countries around the world. Billy Graham had a profound love and appreciation for the United Kingdom. He established BGEA’s UK office in London in 1954, and he preached in the UK more than any other place in the world outside of the United States. Franklin Graham is continuing the lifelong work of his father, and just like his father, he is working with hundreds of churches across the UK to share the same message of God’s love that his father preached here for more than three decades.
