Evangelist Will Graham to sign copies of his book Redeemed at the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte, N.C.

Charlotte, N.C., May 31, 2019 – Evangelist Will Graham, grandson of Billy Graham and son of Franklin Graham, returns to Charlotte next week to hold a book signing for his first book, Redeemed: Devotions for the Longing Soul. The event will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at the Billy Graham Library.

Redeemed is a collection of 50 short devotionals, each with a Bible verse, a quote from Billy Graham, a story (often from the life and ministry of Will Graham or Billy Graham) and a biblical lesson. Will wrote the book hoping that he could reach many with the Good News of Jesus, and encourage those who are already followers of Christ to share their faith with others.

“My grandfather used every means available to him to reach the world with the Gospel, including movies, radio programs, the internet, satellite technology and books,” said Will Graham. “I’m following in his footsteps a little bit with Redeemed. It’s allowing me to share the Gospel with people that I’ll never be able to meet face-to-face.”

The third generation of Grahams to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ under the banner of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), Will has shared the Gospel with more than one million people across six continents since beginning his evangelistic ministry in 2006. He also serves as vice president of the BGEA and executive director of the Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove in Asheville, N.C.

Will has been very active in recent months, with a number of projects and opportunities taking place. He was in Charlotte for the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, where he gave the pre-race invocation on Memorial Day weekend. Also in May, Will released a new DVD Bible study based off of Redeemed and published by Thomas Nelson.

He recently returned from Kaua`i, Hawaii, where approximately 600 people responded to the invitation to begin a relationship with Jesus at the Kaua`i Celebration with Will Graham, May 3-5.

In February, Will preached in multiple cities in the Philippines, proclaiming the hope and love of Jesus to nearly 150,000 people over the course of eight days. The outreach in Manila’s Rizal Park marked the first time all three generations of Grahams have held multi-day evangelistic outreaches at the same venue in the same city.

Will’s next event will take place in Albania, the first time that any evangelist with the BGEA will preach in the country. From there he will hold the Big Sky Celebration (a tour of three cities in Montana – Helena, Hamilton and Great Falls) and a three-day Celebration of Hope in Belleville, Ontario.
