RAPID CITY, S.D., Feb. 11, 2021 – EvangelistWill Graham will return to Rapid City on Feb. 16 to speak at a Church Engagement Rally at First Assembly of God. The Rally, which is free and open to the public, is one of many local events leading up to the Black Hills Paha Sapa Celebration, scheduled to take place Sept. 24-26, 2021, at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center.

“As we continue to build momentum toward the Black Hills Paha Sapa Celebration in September, it’s important to gather together, pray, be encouraged, and look at the next steps in this process,” said Graham, who has already visited Rapid City twice in the past year. “The churches are energized, folks are excited, and I believe that God is preparing to do some amazing things in the months ahead.”

Graham will be joined for the Church Engagement Rally by Josh Havens and Matt Fuqua of the award-winning Christian rock band, The Afters. A consistent and popular presence on the Christian music scene for more than a decade, The Afters have garnered multiple top five hits on the Billboard Praise & Worship charts. Their music has also been featured on several primetime network television shows.

“I want to encourage everybody to plan now and come out for the Church Engagement Rally,” said Dawn Reber, who is helping to direct the Celebration on behalf of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. “We’re going to have a lot of fun as we join together in prayer and praise, enjoy some great music, and are encouraged by Will’s message.”
