CHARLOTTE, N.C., Dec. 11, 2023—The Billy Graham Library will welcome Mike Pence, 48th vice president of the United States, as he signs copies of his recently released book, Go Home for Dinner, at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 14.
“We are honored to welcome Vice President Mike Pence back to the Billy Graham Library. I have known him for many years, and I appreciate the consistency and character of his life,” said Franklin Graham, president and CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. “He has made it clear that nothing is more important to him than his faith in Jesus Christ and his relationship with his family, and I hope his new book encourages other families to set the same priorities at home.”
As a young politician, Mr. Pence was often asked where he saw himself in the next five or ten years. “Home for dinner,” he would reply. In Go Home for Dinner, Mr. Pence and his daughter, Charlotte, give practical guidance for balancing life’s demands while keeping faith and family at the center.
“I hope these lessons and stories from our family encourage you to follow your dreams while keeping your family close,” said Vice President Mike Pence. “Strong families are the very heartbeat of America. I believe we can heal our country by putting faith and family first—and it all starts when you go home for dinner.”
