MIAMI, Sept. 17, 2024—The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) will train and encourage Hispanic pastors and church leaders through its “Summit de Evangelismo” (Evangelism Summit) in Miami on Sept. 28, 2024.
The Summit, which will be held at the Jesus Worship Center (1900 Northwest 89th Place, Doral, FL 33172) will feature a variety of teachers and speakers that will explore biblical topics like making disciples, uniting the Church, defending the Gospel, and living holy lives.
“As the Hispanic population in the United States grows at an unprecedented rate, we’re blessed to come alongside the churches and Christian leaders to help them meet the spiritual needs of their communities,” said Joe Mott, senior director of Hispanic Ministries at BGEA. “We hope that leaders leave the summit inspired to spread the Gospel and equipped to teach the next generation of church leaders.”
BGEA’s Hispanic Ministries first launched in 2021, affirming the organization’s commitment to teaching and discipling the Hispanic church in the USA. The “Summits de Evangelismo” seek to foster a sense of unity, collaboration, and encouragement among attendees. These events are designed to equip Hispanic leaders with practical tools to effectively spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The event is free and includes lunch and materials. It will will begin at 9 a.m., and will conclude at 4 p.m. The program will primarily be in Spanish, with translation services available in both English and Spanish as needed. Any pastor or leader of an evangelical church in the United States is invited to participate. To learn more or to register for BGEA’s “Summit de Evangelismo,” visit summitevangelismo.com.
