CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 10, 2026 – On Sept. 22, the 13-state Declaration of Dependence Tour with Will Graham will kick off its second week in Wilmington, Delaware, with acoustic music from Josh Havens, prayer for our nation, and a brief evangelistic message from Graham. From there, the tour will continue on to Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
“As we continue to commemorate our country’s 250th birthday, it seems that many across the nation are declaring their independence from God. They don’t want Him in their lives. At the same time, I believe that now is the moment to turn back to our Savior—thanking Him for His faithfulness and truly acknowledging our dependence on Him,” said Graham. “At the Declaration of Dependence Tour, we’ll spend time in prayer and praise. Then I’ll share the timeless truth of the Gospel and give people a chance to respond and place their faith in Jesus.”
The Declaration of Dependence Tour will stop at Tubman-Garrett Riverfront Park in Wilmington, Delaware, on Sept. 22; Liberty Bell Center in Philadelphia on Sept. 23; Mill Hill Park in Trenton, New Jersey, on Sept. 24; and Harry Chapin Lakeside Theatre in Hempstead, New York, on Sept. 25. Each stop of the Declaration of Dependence Tour will take place at noon, and last less than 60 minutes—making it possible for people to attend during the lunch hour.
“Across the Delaware Valley, only 7% attend church on a weekly basis. Just 9% read the Bible on a regular basis and consider it to be authoritative in their life. So, the spiritual climate of the region is lacking,” said Senior Pastor Bob Oliver of New Covenant Church of Philadelphia. “But it’s always a good time to reach people with the Gospel, and there seems to be an open door for more responsiveness in this moment. In times of hardship, people turn to prayer. They seek God, and I think that’s happening across this area.”

Oct. 12: Roanoke, Virginia – Elmwood Park Amphitheater
Oct. 14: Frederick, Maryland – Baker Park Bandshell
Oct. 26: Wilmington, North Carolina – Live Oak Bank Pavilion

Thus far in 2026, Graham has held events in the United States, Japan, Korea and Canada. More than 31,000 have heard the Good News through his outreaches this year, with over 1,200 making decisions to follow Jesus.
